Costs of Services:

The cost of services is on our website. We reserve the right to change our cost of services at any time and will update the website accordingly.

Payments:

Payments for services is to be made by way of electronic funds transfer or Cash. Payment Confirmation must be sent to or received by Lori via mobile or email before attending any class, workshop, or course.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Please note we do not offer refunds for any of the classes, passes, workshops, or courses. For in-studios classes, workshops and courses 24-hour cancellation notice is required. In some circumstances a time-limited credit may be issued for use at a later date.

Applicable Law:

By using our website and services, you agree that the laws of Australia, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern the Terms & Conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between us and you, or its business partners and associates.

Disputes:

Your use of this website is governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes related in any way to your use of our website, or to services you purchased from us, shall be arbitrated by state or federal court in New South Wales, Australia and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Indemnification:

Upon all bookings of services, you agree to indemnify Lori Dahm Yoga and Wellness. We are not liable for any damages that may occur to you because of your misuse of our website and services.
